Welcome to the 2007 season at Putnam Country Club at Chase Farm! We set the highest standards in service for our golf outings. Golfers are guaranteed a great day of golf, fun and excellent food, while our professional staff handles all the details. Our experience and reputation assures you and your organization a memorable golf event.

Our facility includes a scenic and well manicured 18 hole golf course, as well as an abundance of wildlife, two practice greens, driving range, practice sand bunker, and a cozy clubhouse that serves beer and wine. We also have a new 3-season Pavilion that seats 144 people. Conveniently located off Interstate 395, Putnam Country Club will be a memorable experience for your next special Golf Outing.

2007 Golf Outing Packages Include: Greens Fees, Golf Carts, Long Drive Contest, Nearest-to-Pin Contest, $2.00 Pro Shop Credit, Professional Scoring, Registration Table.

Full Shotgun Outings - Weekdays 100 player minimum	$42 per person
Full Shotgun Outings - Weekends 120 player minimum, 7:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. start time	$51 per person
Tee Time Outings - Weekdays No minimum.	$42 per person
Tee Time Outings - Weekends No minimun.	$51 per person

Food and Beverage Golf Outing menus include our famous Steak BBQ, Chicken BBQ and Italian Dinners prepared and presented by our professional and friendly staff. We can also arrange catering or work with the caterer of your choice.

Steak Barbeque Includes: Baked Potato, Garden Salad, Vegetable, Dinner Rolls and Dessert	$18.95 per person
Half Chicken Barbeque Includes: Baked Potato, Garden Salad, Vegetable, Dinner Rolls and Dessert	$17.95 per person
Italian Dinner Includes: Pasta, Meatballs, Sausage, Garden Salad, Italian Bread and Dessert	$14.95 per person

Prices do not include tax or gratuity. $1.00 per person split menu fee for multiple menu selections. When we arrange catering, we deliver a quotation that is all-inclusive. When you arrange catering, an additional service fee applies.

Please be aware of the State Laws regarding alcohol use and consumption. All alcohol consumed on the golf course must be purchased from our Country Club. Coolers will be checked by the staff and may be confiscated until your event is complete. By working together in this manner, a safe event will be had by all.

Deposit
A $250.00 deposit along with a signed agreement is required to secure a date for any Outing. Final payment for a Shotgun Outing is made the day of the event. Final payment for a Tee Time Outing is made ten (10) days in advance.

Minimum Players
Shotgun Outings that fail to meet the 100 or 120 player minimum will be charged for 100 or 120 players.

Inclement Weather
Refunds on non-refundable payments will be considered only if we officially close the course, and a rain date cannot be reasonably and mutually selected.

Alcoholic Beverages/Food Concessions
Our liquor license limits the sale of alcohol to the confines of our Clubhouse and Pavilion areas. We retain all concession rights for food, beverages and equipment. Prior approval is necessary for any variations to this policy.

Scoring
Please supply your list of participations names three (3) days in advance so that we may prepare cart signs, scorecards and scoring sheets.

Golf Carts
Golf carts are included at all outings. The cost is already figured in to the package pricing.

Liability
We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for any damage to the premises will be charged accordingly to the group and/or coordinator. We cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto premises. We do not allow more than 18 holes of golf to be played by each participant. Ties must be broken by matching cards - no play off holes allowed. We hold the person in charge and/or company responsible for any damages occurring to golf carts rented. By signing the agreement you agree to:

1. Assume all risks attendant with operation and use of the facilities and course including     responsibility for any damage caused to carts due to negligent use of operation.
2. Release and absolve us from any liability from injury to your person or property resulting     from said operation and use.
3. Indemnify us against any liability to any other person for personal injury or property     damages resulting from said operation and use.
4. Prohibit anyone without a valid driver's license to operate golf carts.
5. Operate golf carts within course property and in designated areas only.
